Specialization quizzes (optional)

For agents who want to specialize in a persona, additional 10-question quizzes per persona:

  • Maya quiz (municipal pavement deep-dive)
  • Daniel quiz (AEC field engineer deep-dive)
  • Sarah quiz (ADA / PROWAG deep-dive)
  • James quiz (airport ops deep-dive)
  • Carmen quiz (industrial facility deep-dive)

Each specialization quiz is available on request from the call-center lead. Passing a specialization quiz unlocks the agent to handle that persona at higher volume.

What's tested vs. what's expected to be looked up

The quiz tests internalization of the high-frequency knowledge an agent uses every day. The agent is expected to look up:

  • Specific compliance matrix sections (look up at docs.airwai.com)
  • Specific UFC / FAA / ICAO section numbers
  • Specific competitor pricing (look up at competitor sites)
  • Specific market-comp data

The quiz is a floor, not a ceiling. The best agents read deeply and ask better questions than the quiz covers.
