A typical pavement, sidewalk, or apron inspection takes 6 hours of walking and another 4 hours of write-up. Distresses are rated by eye. Two inspectors on the same surface produce data that varies by 27 to 45 percent. The record is a PDF that lives in a folder.

How it works

Walk or drive the route.

Open the app, tap "New Scan," walk a sidewalk or drive a corridor. The iPhone Pro's LiDAR captures sub-millimeter surface detail. Continuous capture; no waypoints; no manual stops.

02 · Classify

Distresses, classified.

Every crack, depression, faulting, rutting, or accessibility issue is detected and classified against the section of the standard that governs it — ASTM D6433 for pavement, PROWAG for sidewalks, ICAO Annex 14 for airfields, EN 13036 in Europe.

03 · Publish

ArcGIS, IFC, PDF.

The output pushes to your ArcGIS tenant as a feature service. IFC for BIM. PDF for the audit-ready record. Every observation is cited to its standard, geolocated, time-stamped, and traceable.
